If you don’t plan on removing your magnets on at least a weekly basis, consider doing decals instead. The most common question for vehicle magnets is size. There is no “standard” size, but 12″ x 18″ up to around 18″ x 24″ are common. The best solution is to actually measure the flat space of your doors to get the size that fits best. They are always custom made, so don’t worry about conforming to a predefined size.

We use 30 mil magnet material that is specifically made for vehicles and we mount 5 year adhesive back vinyl instead of direct printing to the magnet material. We tried direct printing to the magnets and just we not happy with the results on a regular enough basis. With the adhesive back vinyl solution, we get great looking magnets every time, first time.

For proper finishing, we round the corners to a 0.5″ radius to avoid a pointed corner from lifting off on the highway. In cooperation with this, try not to design a border line or graphic features that will clash with the rounded corners.

Car magnets are almost always sold in pairs or small quantities. To make sure you have a good margin, we have very aggressive pricing. Call today for a quote. I’m sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Car and fleet graphics are the most cost effective advertising available today. No other option gives you 2-4 years of full time visibility for a few thousand dollars. Marketing studies continue to validate the effectiveness of full and partial vehicle wraps.

A full wrap is when the entire vehicle is covered, often to the point you can’t tell what the original color was. A partial wrap covers some of the car but leaves other areas uncovered. A well designed partial wrap can save hundreds of dollars compared to a full wrap and still get the same message across. The effectiveness is all in the design.

Designing for wraps takes knowledge and experience. Creating this type of graphic is unlike anything else. The contours of the vehicle, door handles, window positions, wheel wells, and unique features of each individual car make design and installation challenging. In fact some of our most consistent clients are professional wrap installers that need demanding, show car quality in their prints.

We have years of experience printing vehicle wraps and tend to do several each month. We associate ourselves with the best installers in the industry and use the most reliable materials available.

Tips and tricks for sucess…

keep is simple! If there ever was a time that less is more, this is it.

reduce your message down to the most essential elements needed to get your identity across in seconds

involve a noisy or busy pattern as a background to help hide the inevitable scratches and scuffs. Just be sure it doesn’t compete with the core message. The safest bet is to use it to create contrast to your primary graphics.

do not try to align graphics from the sides of the vehicle onto the roof, hood, or trunk. Doing so increases the complexity of the installation tremendously and is only for the most experienced designers on vehicles that are very familiar.

keep it simple! (did I already say that?)

I feel like I should apologize for the music in this video. But it is nice to watch someone who is good at what they do and the guys from Wrap Experts are very good. We were fortunate enough to do the printing for this car to raise money for a children’s charity.
